The lovely and talented Syleena Johnson will finally release her debut album for Jive called 'Chapter 1: Love, pain and forgiveness' April 17.

Syleena (who's father is the legendary bluesman Syl Johnson) had the single 'Ain't no love' floating about last winter and most thought the album would soon follow suit but no such luck. The album consists of an array of songs that deals with love and pain and the emotional episodes she has experienced in life. Shining bright are 'Baby, I'm so confused', 'I'm leaving you','You got me spinning' and 'Ain't no love'. The lead off single 'I am your woman' was penned and produced by R. Kelly and features the man himself doing duet duties.

Bullets fly as Lil' Kim and Capone and Noreaga's camps face off outside NY's Hot 97

Shots were fired outside NY's Hot 97 radio station this past week as police was called after the shootout occured outside the station. They reported that the incident involved representatives from both Lil Kim’s and Capone & Noreaga’s camps

Capone 'n' Noreaga and Lil Kim were recently invited to the station as guest celebrities for DJ Clue’s weekend show. When Lil' Kim finished her set and left, some of her posse decided to stick around, and that's when both parties allegedly bumped heads. Police said that neither Lil Kim or Capone 'n' Noreaga was believed to be on the scene when the shootout erupted, but later reported that Kim was sitting in her limousine outside the station when the shots were fired

The fued might have stemmed from an incident that took place last year when Kim was reportedly upset over a song that was made about her by Capone 'n' Noreaga and Foxy Brown, in which Brown made disparaging remarks about her and she had Noreaga thrown out of her album release party.
